Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and social media
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Manage sales team to reach the target from BOD
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
  • Organize offline and online activities with the aim of driving sales and branding
  • Manage online sales systems from order management, delivery assignment, inventory and pricing control, and reporting
  • Some paperwork is assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Male, 22-30 years old
  • Able to relocate to other provinces/ regions and multi task
  • Experience related to food industry are preferred
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar is preferred
  • At least 1 year experiences in B2B sales in rural market
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
  • Professional yet affable disposition
  • Great networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • MS excel & power point
