Cloud soup, the name sounds light and airy. And it's very simple to cook. Quick and easy, it meets the needs of those meals with little time. This dish is very easy to eat for children.


Ingredients

 

  • CP chicken eggs: 2 pieces
  • CP minced pork: quantity as desired
  • Tomato: 1 piece
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Green onion: 1 sprig
  • Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Common spices: (salt/ seasoning/ pepper)

 

Preparation:

  • Step 1: Wash the tomato, cut into wedges
  • Step 2: Peel the garlic, wash, and slice
  • Step 3: Wash the green onion, chop
  • Step 4: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoning and beat well until dissolved
 

Implementation:

  • Step 1: Fry the garlic until fragrant
  • Step 2: Stir-fry the tomato and minced pork for about 2 minutes
  • Step 3: Add 1 liter of water, wait for it to boil
  • Step 4: Pour the beaten eggs in, stirring gently to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot
  • Step 5: Wait for the water to boil again, season to taste.
  • Step 6: Cut the soft tofu and add it and turn off the heat
  • Step 7: Pour the soup into a bowl, add green onion, ground pepper, and serve hot.
