- Sesame oil: 1 small tablespoon.
- White sugar: 2 teaspoons.
- Seasoning powder: 50% teaspoon.
- Ground pepper: 1/2 teaspoon.
- Fresh ginger sliced: 15 grams.
- Minced fresh garlic: 10 grams.
- Soy Sauge: 3 tablespoons.
- Filtered water: 400ml.
- Cloves: 2 grams.
- Scallion: 2 branches.
- Fresh chili: 2 fruits.
- Vegetable oil.

Pre-process chicken feet thoroughly with vinegar and salt.
Step 1: After buying the chicken feet, wash them thoroughly and put them in a clean bowl. Add 10 grams of white salt and 30ml of white vinegar to the bowl, mix the ingredients well, and soak the chicken feet for about 5-7 minutes to remove any unpleasant odors.
