  • 300g pork belly, cut into 1x2cm pieces
  • 28g chicken seasoning powder
  • 5g minced garlic
  • 100g red pumpkin, cut into pieces
  • 20ml cooking oil
  • 200ml water
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

 

Instructions: 

Step 1: First, to prepare this dish, we need to prepare all the ingredients and wash them thoroughly. For pork belly, we need to wash it with salt water to remove bacteria. Peel the garlic and mince it, then put it in a small bowl for later use.

Step 2: Then, cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and put them in a large bowl. Marinate the pork with Knorr Complete Seasoning - Braised Pork, minced garlic, and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Step 3: While waiting for the pork to marinate, peel the red pumpkin, wash it, and cut it into small pieces that are easy to eat. Note that you should not cut the pumpkin too large because it will take a long time to cook with the pork, so cut it into small pieces about 2x2cm.

Step 4: Heat a pot on the stove, add a little cooking oil and heat it up, then pour the pork into the pot and stir well. When the pork has been cooked for about 5 minutes, add water to the pot, simmer over low heat until the water is thick and blends into the pork. Remember to keep the lid open and turn the pork over to cook evenly. Finally, when the pork is cooked, add the red pumpkin and simmer for a while before turning off the heat. Each type of pork will have a different degree of toughness, so check the pot to avoid overcooking or undercooking.
